Take a wide pan, add a spoon of oil, add 3 eggs and scramble it along with pinch of salt and pepper. Once done, transfer it to a plate. Now again add a spoon of oil in the same pan, add diced onion, chopped garlic once done, add chopped carrot and do sauting it with salt and pepper powder. Once done add scrambled egg and give a soft stir. Now add the capsicum, just toss it for a while. Now as a final note, add the cooked noodles, give hard stir without disturbing the shape, at the same time it should mix with the mixture. Now garnish with garlic salt and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Note: Same procedure can be done as Fried rice by replacing noodles with boiled basmathi rice.
