INGREDIENTS
Sirukeerai - 1 bunch
Boiled Toor Dhall - 1 cup
Chopped Tomato - 1 (Big)
Chopped Onion - 2 Nos.
Green chilly - 4 Nos.
Garlic Cloves - 8 Nos.
Tamarind - Small Lemon Sized
Salt - To taste
To Garnish:
Mustard - 1 spoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 spoon
Red Chilly - 2 Nos.
Oil - To fry
METHOD:
Take a cooker, add all the ingredients mentioned in "Ingredients" section except Toor Dhall. Pressure it for 6 to 7 mins. Pour it a wide-mouthened vessel, add boiled toor dhall and the garnished items and smash the keerai and its ingredients finely. Soooooooooo Simple one :)

This keerai masiyal looks fantastic and simple... One small suggestion... u can add lemon juice instead of tamarind. The citric acid will help the body absorb the nutrients esp. the iron from Keerai. :-) Same pinch.. me too keerai lover...
