Pani Poori

Actually, the best person to fill this space is my Hubby. Yes, he is a big big fan of this snack. Wherever the place is, if it is a road side shop or snack shop or even in star hotel, this will be his immediate eye-catcher. When i was an office goer, i used to buy store bought poori's, since am a homemaker now, thought of making this at home. Actually, the main reason is am not getting it in my new location :P I use to prepare this atleast biweekly and used to enjoy with store bought pani.

ALL YOU NEED:
Maida 1/2 cup
Atta 1/2 cup
Sooji 2 spoons
Water 3/4 cup
Green Pani 1 cup
Salt Pinch
Oil To deep fry
For Filling:
Boiled Potato 2 Nos.
Red chilly Powder Pinch
Chopped Onion 1 No.
Salt Pinch

METHOD:
Take a wide bowl. Add maida, atta, sooji and required salt. Make it as a dough by adding required water. Let it sit for a while. After 15 mins, roll the dough as small pooris. Meantime, heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Once done, deep fry all the poori.

Now take another bowl, add boiled potato by peeling off is skin. Add pinch of red chilly powder, salt and chopped onion. Now take a poori, make a small hole, add the potato stuffing, add a spoon of pani. Nowwwwwwwww ! OMG ! am mouthwatering here :P Enjoy the snack.
