Hello Sangeetha Nambi
In my search for Chicken Briyani I came to your site and would like to use your recipe.
Only Kitchen King Masala is not familiar to me, and since we only have an Indonesian Toko in town I might not find it ready made.
But if you could give me the recipe of the Masala I could make it myself.
We have lived for many years in India/Tamil-Nadu and Chicken Briyani was our favorite. This Christmas we all come together again so Briyani will be our Christmas dinner.
My favourite cookong book is Camellias Panjabi's 50 curries of India, we ate them all..

Thank you,
have a lovely day,
Veronica Volkers
