Plantain Pith Kootu

     Hey friends, its been almost a week i took a very small break due to my kids first birthday. Birthday went well and the members count was unexpected. :) So, thought of coming back with a rocking recipe. Lets go to it.



INGREDIENTS
Chopped Plantain Pith - 1 No.
Moong Dhall - Quarter cup
Chopped Onion - 2 No.
Chopped Tomato - 1 No.
Chilly Powder - 1 spoon
Mashed Ginger - Half Inch
Turmeric Powder - Pinch
Curry Leaf - 1 Twig
Coriander - 2 Twigs
Salt - To Taste

METHOD:
     Take a pressure cooker, add all the items in ingredients and add a half glass of water. Pressure it for 7 mins. Keep a frying pan, heat a spoon of oil, add curry leaf, coriander leaf and mustard. Then add the pressured ingredients and keep in simmer until the excess water drains up.
